PVC Sheets Supplier in Delhi NCR

Rigid PVC, foam board (Celuka), transparent PVC and marble-finish UV sheets — waterproof, easy to fabricate, cut to size.

Waterproof  |  Routs & screws like board  |  Noida & Faridabad

PVC sheet has quietly replaced plywood and MDF in a lot of Indian interiors for one reason: it does not care about water. It will not swell under a leaking sink, will not delaminate in a bathroom, and will not host fungus in a monsoon. It also routs, screws, cuts and prints like a board product, which is why signage makers and modular kitchen fabricators use so much of it. What it is not is a structural material — it is less stiff than plywood, and that decides where it belongs.

Types We Supply

PVC Foam Board (Celuka)

Rigid sheet with a smooth skin and foamed core. Signage, printed panels, cabinetry, exhibition work. The most versatile of the family.

Rigid PVC Sheet

Dense solid PVC for industrial linings, tanks, ducting and chemical environments. Flame retardant grades available.

PVC Marble / UV Sheet

Printed marble and stone effect with a UV-coated surface, used for wall cladding and dry-area surfacing without grout lines.

Transparent & Flexible PVC

Clear rigid and soft flexible sheet for covers, curtains, screens and protective sheeting.

PVC Board vs Plywood — Straight Comparison

FactorPVC BoardPlywood
Water resistanceDoes not absorb water at allSwells and delaminates when wet
Termites & fungusImmuneVulnerable without treatment
StiffnessLower — sags on long spansHigher
Screw holdingAdequate, better at high densityBetter under load
WeightLighterHeavier
Best forWet zones, signage, humid roomsLoad-bearing carcass, long shelves
Two things to specify correctly. First, density — low-density foam board is cheaper but holds screws poorly, which matters for cabinet hinges and anything that will be opened thousands of times. Second, exposure — standard foam board is an indoor material and will chalk and go brittle in direct sun. For exterior work, specify a UV-stabilised grade or use ACP or exterior HPL instead.
Cladding a wall rather than building furniture? See PVC wall panels for the panelling range, and the wall panel price guide for what a finished wall costs including labour. For the material comparison, read PVC sheets vs acrylic sheets.

What Determines the Price of PVC sheet

We do not publish a rate card for PVC sheet, because a single per-sq-ft figure would be misleading — the same material can differ several-fold in price depending on the specification. These are the factors that actually move the number, so you can see where your own cost is going and where there is room to save:

  • Type — foam board, rigid sheet and marble-finish UV sheet are three different price brackets
  • Density — on foam board this matters as much as thickness — higher density holds screws better and costs more
  • Thickness — priced by material volume, so 18 mm carcass board sits well above 5 mm signage board
  • Finish — plain white is the baseline; marble, stone and wood-effect UV prints carry a premium
  • Grade — flame-retardant and UV-stabilised grades cost more than standard indoor stock
  • Quantity & cutting — full sheets price better than cut pieces, and a nested cutting list reduces wastage
Getting an accurate figure quickly: send the material, thickness, finished sizes and quantity, and say what the sheet has to do. That is enough to quote firmly. If you are still comparing options, ask us for the range across two or three specifications — it is usually cheaper to change the specification than to negotiate the price of the wrong one.

Supply Across Delhi NCR

We supply PVC sheet from our locations in Noida (U.P.) and Faridabad (Haryana), delivering across Noida, Greater Noida, Faridabad, Delhi, Gurgaon and Ghaziabad. Cut-to-size orders can be collected from either location or delivered to site.

Two practical notes for delivery: full-size sheets need suitable vehicle access, and the usual constraint is not the sheet but the lift dimensions and staircase turns at the other end — tell us the floor and access when ordering. For site deliveries in a housing society or commercial complex, arrange gate entry and unloading help in advance, as large sheets need two people to handle safely.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is PVC foam board used for?
PVC foam board — sold as Celuka or Forex — is a lightweight rigid sheet with a smooth skin and foamed core. It is the standard material for signage substrate, printed and cut lettering, exhibition panels, and increasingly kitchen and bathroom cabinetry because it is waterproof and will not swell like plywood or MDF. It screws, routs and cuts easily and takes direct printing and vinyl wrapping well.
Is PVC board better than plywood for kitchens?
In wet areas it has one decisive advantage: PVC does not absorb water, so it will not swell, delaminate or grow fungus under a leaking sink. Plywood is stiffer and holds screws better under load, so it stays preferable for long unsupported shelves and heavy carcass work. Many kitchens sensibly use PVC board near water and plywood elsewhere.
What thickness of PVC sheet should I use?
3–5 mm for signage substrate and printed panels; 8–12 mm for cabinet shutters, partitions and interior panelling; 16–20 mm for carcass work and load-bearing cabinetry. Rigid PVC for industrial linings and tanks is chosen by pressure and chemical exposure rather than appearance and can run considerably thicker.
Can PVC sheets be used outdoors?
Only with care. Standard foam board is an indoor material and will chalk, discolour and go brittle in prolonged direct sun. For exterior signage or cladding, specify a UV-stabilised grade, apply a UV-resistant print laminate, or use ACP or exterior-grade HPL instead. Tell us the exposure — an indoor grade outdoors is a predictable failure.
How much do PVC sheet cost?
We quote per job rather than publishing a rate card, because the specification changes the price several-fold. The main drivers are material and grade, thickness, size and wastage, finish, and quantity. Send the material, thickness, finished sizes and quantity and we will quote firmly, usually the same working day. If you are comparing options, ask for the range across two or three specifications rather than one figure.
What is the minimum order quantity?
For stocked materials we can supply from a single cut piece upward, so there is no barrier to a small job. Non-stocked, imported or specially sourced grades usually carry a minimum set by the manufacturer, often a full sheet or a pack, plus a lead time. We will tell you the minimum and the lead time before you commit rather than after, and will say if a stocked alternative would do the same job sooner and cheaper.
Do you deliver to Noida, Faridabad, Gurgaon and Delhi?
Yes. We supply across Noida, Greater Noida, Faridabad, Delhi, Gurgaon and Ghaziabad from our Noida and Faridabad locations, and cut-to-size orders can also be collected. Full-size sheets need suitable vehicle access and two people to handle, and the usual constraint is the lift or staircase at the delivery end rather than the sheet itself, so tell us the floor and access when you order.

Get PVC Sheet Cut to Size

Tell us the application — kitchen, signage, partition, lining — with thickness and sizes. We'll specify the right type and density, and quote it cut to size.

Thicknesses, densities, sizes and finishes described here are the options commonly available in the Indian market and are general guidance, not a stock list or quotation. Fire-rated, UV-stabilised and load-bearing applications require the appropriate specific grade — state the requirement when enquiring. Exact stocked grades and sizes are given in the product datasheet.
