Packaging is a consumable, not a purchase — you buy it again next month, and what matters is that the right specification is in stock when you need it. This page maps the material to the job, because most packaging waste comes from using the wrong thing: bubble wrap where foam was needed, stretch film bought when shrink film was meant, or a tape that lets go in a warehouse in June.

Protective Packaging

Foam sheet, bubble sheet and shrink film — everything that goes around the product before it goes in the box.

Industrial Packaging

Cardboard sheets and boxes, and tarpaulin for bulk covering and outdoor protection.

Tapes & Strips

BOPP packaging tape, packing strip and PP strapping for sealing and securing.

The Two Mistakes That Cost the Most

1. Shrink film and stretch film are not the same thing. Shrink film is applied loose and heated so it shrinks tight around the product — used for bundling and tamper-evident retail packs. Stretch film is stretched cold around a pallet and holds by tension — used for palletising. Ordering one when you meant the other is the single most common packaging error we see, and neither does the other's job. Detail on the shrink film page.
2. Under-specified tape fails in Delhi summer. A thin, low-micron tape that holds fine in winter lets go on a carton stored in an un-air-conditioned warehouse in June, and you find out when the stack collapses. Tape is the cheapest component in the pack and the one whose failure costs the most. See packaging tape for what micron and adhesive to specify.

Buying Packaging Sensibly

  • Specify by measurement, not by name. "Bubble wrap" and "thick tape" mean different things to every supplier. Micron for film and tape, GSM for tarpaulin and cardboard, thickness and density for foam, bubble diameter for bubble sheet, and width for strapping — those are the numbers that make quotes comparable.
  • Match protection to the actual failure. If items arrive scratched, you need foam. If they arrive broken, you need cushioning and void fill. If cartons arrive burst, the box ply or the strapping is wrong. Buying more of the wrong material does not fix it.
  • Buy consumables on a schedule. Repeat monthly supply on agreed rates is cheaper than ad-hoc ordering, and it stops the Friday-afternoon panic when a roll runs out mid-despatch.
  • Do not over-pack. Excess material is a real recurring cost and slows packing time. The right specification usually uses less material, not more.
  • Store film and tape out of direct heat. Both degrade in a hot store, and a degraded tape roll is a failed carton later.

Supply Terms

  • Bulk and wholesale quantities — the rate falls significantly with order size on every item in this range
  • Scheduled repeat supply — monthly or agreed-interval delivery on rate arrangements for regular consumers
  • Consolidated orders — foam, cartons, tape and strapping on one invoice and one delivery
  • GST invoice on all supply, and PO-based ordering can be arranged
  • Custom sizes — cardboard boxes to your dimensions, foam and bubble cut to width, printed tape to order (minimums apply)
  • Site and warehouse delivery across Delhi NCR

What Determines the Price of Packaging Materials

Packaging is the most price-sensitive range we supply, and the specification drives the number more than the brand does:

  • Thickness, micron or GSM — the single biggest factor on every item here. Film, tape, tarpaulin, foam and cardboard are all priced essentially by how much material is in them
  • Quantity — the main lever. Wholesale and repeat-supply rates are materially below single-roll pricing, so consolidating orders is the easiest saving available
  • Roll or sheet size — standard widths and lengths cost less than cut-to-width or short-length rolls, which carry conversion cost
  • Grade — anti-static, UV-stabilised, food-contact and printed variants cost more than standard stock
  • Custom sizing — boxes to your dimensions and printed tape carry a minimum order quantity and a lead time
  • Raw material movement — plastic film, tape and cardboard prices track polymer and paper input costs, which move through the year. This is why we quote current rather than published rates
  • Delivery pattern — one consolidated monthly delivery costs less to serve than frequent small drops
For a comparable quote, send an item list with the measurement for each — micron or GSM, roll width and length, box internal dimensions and ply, strapping width, foam thickness and density — plus your monthly consumption. Volume and specification together are what let us quote sharply rather than defensively.

Supply Across Delhi NCR

We supply packaging materials from Noida (U.P.) and Faridabad (Haryana), covering Noida, Greater Noida, Faridabad, Delhi, Gurgaon and Ghaziabad — manufacturers, e-commerce sellers, packers and movers, warehouses and 3PL operators, exporters, traders and construction sites.

Bulk packaging is voluminous rather than heavy, so delivery needs vehicle access and somewhere to unload. Please confirm gate width, unloading arrangements and any plant induction requirement when ordering, and tell us your regular consumption if you want a scheduled supply arrangement rather than ad-hoc orders.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between shrink film and stretch film?
Shrink film is applied loose around a product and then heated, so it shrinks tight and conforms to the shape - used for bundling, multipacks and tamper-evident retail packs. Stretch film is stretched cold around a pallet and holds by its own tension - used for palletising and load stability. They are not interchangeable, and ordering one when you meant the other is the most common packaging mistake we see.
Should I use foam sheet or bubble sheet?
Foam protects surfaces - it is soft, non-abrasive and leaves no impression, so it suits furniture, glass, polished panels and appliances where scratching is the risk. Bubble protects against impact, because the air pockets absorb shock, so it suits fragile items in transit. If your goods arrive scratched, you need foam; if they arrive broken, you need bubble. Many packs use both: foam against the surface, bubble around it.
Do you supply packaging materials in bulk and on repeat order?
Yes, and that is how most of our packaging customers buy. Wholesale rates fall significantly with order size, and scheduled repeat supply on agreed rates is cheaper than ad-hoc ordering as well as removing the risk of running out mid-despatch. Tell us your monthly consumption by item and we can set up an agreed-interval delivery with consolidated invoicing.
Can you supply custom-size boxes and printed tape?
Yes. Cardboard boxes can be made to your internal dimensions and ply specification, and BOPP tape can be printed with your branding. Both carry a minimum order quantity set by the converter and a lead time, so they suit regular repeat requirements rather than one-off small orders. For a single small consignment, standard box sizes with void fill are almost always cheaper.
Why does packaging tape fail in summer?
Because adhesive performance drops with heat, and a thin low-micron tape that holds fine in winter can let go on a carton stored in an un-air-conditioned warehouse in June. It is the cheapest component in the pack and the one whose failure costs the most, since you usually discover it when a stack collapses. Specify an adequate micron and adhesive for your storage conditions rather than buying on price alone.
How do you quote packaging materials?
We quote current rates rather than publishing a fixed price list, because plastic film, tape and cardboard prices track polymer and paper input costs and move through the year. Send an item list with the measurement for each - micron or GSM, roll width and length, box dimensions and ply, strapping width, foam thickness and density - plus your monthly consumption, and we will quote sharply. GST invoice provided; PO supply can be arranged.
Do you deliver across Noida, Faridabad, Gurgaon and Delhi?
Yes - to manufacturers, e-commerce sellers, packers and movers, warehouses and 3PL operators, exporters, traders and construction sites across Noida, Greater Noida, Faridabad, Delhi, Gurgaon and Ghaziabad from our Noida and Faridabad locations. Bulk packaging is voluminous rather than heavy, so please confirm vehicle access, unloading arrangements and any plant induction requirement when ordering.

Set Up a Repeat Packaging Supply

Send your item list with measurements and your monthly consumption. We'll quote current rates, consolidate everything onto one delivery, and set up scheduled supply so you never run out mid-despatch.

Specifications, sizes and material recommendations described here are general guidance for products commonly available in the Indian market, not a stock list or quotation. Packaging material prices track polymer and paper input costs and move through the year, so current rates are quoted on enquiry. Anti-static, food-contact and UV-stabilised applications require the appropriate certified grade — state the requirement when ordering.
