Sheets & Panels

ACP Sheets Supplier in Delhi NCR

Aluminium composite panels in 3–6 mm, PE / FR / A2 cores, PVDF and polyester coatings — for elevations, cladding, signage and ceilings.

Routs & folds  |  FR & A2 cores available  |  Wide finish range

ACP is two thin aluminium skins bonded to a core, and that sandwich is why it took over building elevations: it stays flat over large panels, weighs a fraction of solid metal, routs and folds into crisp trays and shadow lines, and comes in finishes from plain white to mirror, brushed metal, wood and stone. Two specifications decide whether an ACP job is sound or dangerous — the core grade and the coating. Everything else is aesthetics.

Core Grades — Read This First

CoreWhat It IsAppropriate For
PEPolyethylene core — cheapest, most combustibleSignage, interiors, low-rise non-critical use
FRFire retardant mineral-filled core, greatly reduced flame spreadCommercial and multi-storey facades — the normal facade specification
A2Predominantly mineral core, limited combustibility classificationHigh-rise, hospitals, public buildings, and wherever regulation requires it
Core grade on a facade is a safety decision, not a budget one. PE-core panels on tall buildings have been directly implicated in major facade fires internationally. If your project is multi-storey, commercial, or a public building, specify FR or A2 and get the grade stated in writing on the invoice — not just agreed verbally. If someone offers you PE core for a high-rise elevation because it is cheaper, that is the moment to walk away.

Coating: PVDF vs Polyester

PVDF / PVF2

Fluoropolymer coating that holds colour and gloss for years in direct sun. The correct choice for any exterior facade.

Polyester

Lower cost, but chalks and fades much sooner outdoors. Best restricted to interiors and signage.

Getting an ACP Job Right

  • Check the skin gauge, not just the panel thickness. Two panels both sold as "4 mm" can have very different aluminium skins. A thin skin dents easily and oil-cans — that visible ripple across a flat panel — and no amount of good fixing hides it.
  • Get the core grade on the invoice. Verbal assurances about FR core are worthless if a fire officer asks for documentation later.
  • Allow for thermal movement. Aluminium expands. Panel joints and fixing details must let the panel move, or it will buckle in peak summer.
  • Plan the sub-frame. ACP is a cladding skin, not a structure — the aluminium framing behind it does the work, and skimping there shows up as waviness across the elevation.
  • Keep the protective film on until the end. Remove it after installation, and do not leave it on for months in the sun, where it becomes difficult to peel cleanly.

What Determines the Price of ACP sheet

We do not publish a rate card for ACP sheet, because a single per-sq-ft figure would be misleading — the same material can differ several-fold in price depending on the specification. These are the factors that actually move the number, so you can see where your own cost is going and where there is room to save:

  • Core grade — PE, FR and A2 are three distinct price brackets — and on a facade this is a fire-safety decision, not a place to save money
  • Aluminium skin thickness — the hidden driver — two panels both sold as 4 mm can differ substantially in price and in dent resistance depending on whether the skin is 0.15 mm or 0.50 mm
  • Coating — PVDF costs more than polyester and is the only sensible choice outdoors, where it holds colour for years
  • Finish — solid colours are the value option; metallic, mirror, brushed, wood and stone effects carry a premium
  • Sheet size — larger sheets reduce joints but cost more, and wastage depends on how your elevation grid divides
  • Quantity — elevation-scale volumes price very differently from a few signage panels
Getting an accurate figure quickly: send the material, thickness, finished sizes and quantity, and say what the sheet has to do. That is enough to quote firmly. If you are still comparing options, ask us for the range across two or three specifications — it is usually cheaper to change the specification than to negotiate the price of the wrong one.

Supply Across Delhi NCR

We supply ACP sheet from our locations in Noida (U.P.) and Faridabad (Haryana), delivering across Noida, Greater Noida, Faridabad, Delhi, Gurgaon and Ghaziabad. Cut-to-size orders can be collected from either location or delivered to site.

Two practical notes for delivery: full-size sheets need suitable vehicle access, and the usual constraint is not the sheet but the lift dimensions and staircase turns at the other end — tell us the floor and access when ordering. For site deliveries in a housing society or commercial complex, arrange gate entry and unloading help in advance, as large sheets need two people to handle safely.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between PE, FR and A2 grade ACP?
It is the core between the aluminium skins. PE is polyethylene — cheapest and most combustible, suitable only for signage, interiors and low-rise non-critical use. FR is a fire-retardant mineral-filled core with greatly reduced flame spread, the normal facade specification. A2 has a predominantly mineral core classified as limited combustibility, for high-rise, hospitals and public buildings. On any tall or public building this is a safety decision, not a budget one.
What is the difference between PVDF and polyester coated ACP?
PVDF (PVF2) is a fluoropolymer coating that holds colour and gloss for years in direct sun — the correct choice for exterior facades. Polyester costs less but chalks and fades much sooner outdoors, so keep it to interiors and signage. If the facade must still look right in ten years, coating matters as much as core.
What thickness of ACP sheet is used for building elevations?
4 mm is the usual exterior standard, with 6 mm for larger panels, greater flatness or higher wind loading; 3 mm is generally signage and interior. Just as important is the aluminium skin thickness inside the panel, commonly 0.15 mm to 0.50 mm — a 4 mm panel with a very thin skin dents and oil-cans far more readily than one with a 0.30 or 0.50 mm skin, though both are sold as "4 mm".
Can ACP sheets be bent and routed?
Yes, and that is much of why ACP dominates cladding and signage. Panels CNC rout and fold into trays, returns and edges, and can be cut, drilled and curved within limits. Routing a groove on the reverse gives a clean folded corner — which is how ACP achieves crisp shadow lines and flat faces that would be difficult and costly in sheet metal.
How much do ACP sheet cost?
We quote per job rather than publishing a rate card, because the specification changes the price several-fold. The main drivers are material and grade, thickness, size and wastage, finish, and quantity. Send the material, thickness, finished sizes and quantity and we will quote firmly, usually the same working day. If you are comparing options, ask for the range across two or three specifications rather than one figure.
What is the minimum order quantity?
For stocked materials we can supply from a single cut piece upward, so there is no barrier to a small job. Non-stocked, imported or specially sourced grades usually carry a minimum set by the manufacturer, often a full sheet or a pack, plus a lead time. We will tell you the minimum and the lead time before you commit rather than after, and will say if a stocked alternative would do the same job sooner and cheaper.
Do you deliver to Noida, Faridabad, Gurgaon and Delhi?
Yes. We supply across Noida, Greater Noida, Faridabad, Delhi, Gurgaon and Ghaziabad from our Noida and Faridabad locations, and cut-to-size orders can also be collected. Full-size sheets need suitable vehicle access and two people to handle, and the usual constraint is the lift or staircase at the delivery end rather than the sheet itself, so tell us the floor and access when you order.

Elevation, Signage or Ceiling Project?

Send the area, building height and finish you want. We'll advise the core grade your project actually requires, confirm coating and skin gauge, and quote with the shade card.

Thicknesses, skin gauges, sizes, coatings and finishes described here are the options commonly available in the Indian market and are general guidance, not a stock list or quotation. Fire performance depends on the specific core grade and tested system supplied — core classification must be confirmed against the manufacturer's certification and the fire safety requirements applicable to your building. Facade cladding should be designed and installed to suit structural and wind loading conditions.
